Corrections first

The most useful message you can send is a correction. Vendors change context windows, revise cutoff dates and rewrite their own documentation without announcing it, so a figure that was right when it was checked can quietly go stale. Every page here shows the date it was last checked and links the source it came from, which makes a mismatch easy to point at:

• a number here that no longer matches the vendor page it cites;
• a source link that is dead or now points somewhere else;
• a demonstration that behaves oddly, or gives a result you can show is wrong;
• a symptom you keep hitting that this site does not explain yet.

For a correction, the fastest possible message is the page address, the figure you think is wrong, and the link where you saw something different. That is enough to re-verify.

What we can’t help with

We have no access to your account, your chats or your files, and no relationship with any AI vendor, so we cannot recover a lost conversation, restore something an assistant deleted, or get a refund or a limit raised on your behalf. Those go to the vendor’s own support.

We also do not review private documents by email or give individual advice about a specific account or subscription. If something on this site does not explain what you are seeing, that is worth telling us anyway — it is usually a sign that a page is missing or unclear.
