Privacy policy

The short version

Everything this site computes, it computes on your device. The text you paste into the token counter, the document you drop onto the context fit tool, and every interactive demonstration on the site run inside your browser. Your text and your files stay on your device and are never uploaded or transmitted — to us or to anyone else.

That is not a policy decision we could quietly reverse: this site is a set of static files with no server of its own, so there is nowhere for your text to be sent even if we wanted it.

What we process

  • Hosting logs. The site is served by Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard technical request data (IP address, user agent) in order to deliver the site securely.
  • Analytics. No analytics is running on this site at present. Before launch we intend to add Umami, a cookieless, privacy-first analytics service that measures aggregate traffic — page views, referrers, country, device type — and a small number of product events, such as which tool was used. It sets no cookies, does not follow you across sites, and collects no personal data or device fingerprints. If it is running, the sentence above will have been updated to say so.
  • Advertising. We display no advertising.
  • Payments. There is nothing to buy on this site, so no payment data is processed at all.

What we do not do

No accounts. No newsletter. No tracking pixels of our own. No selling of data. The site sets no cookies of its own, and neither the tools nor the demonstrations store, transmit or retain what you type. Nothing you paste is kept between page loads.

Files you drop on the site

The context fit tool accepts .txt, .md and PDF files. They are read by your browser and parsed in the page — a PDF is decoded by a library running locally, not by a service. The file is never sent anywhere, and it is discarded as soon as you close or reload the page.

Your rights and contact
